1. Validity

These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods by WSM Productions to you. WSM Productions may amend these terms from time to time. You shall be notified of any amendments by a notice on the WSM Productions site.

2. WSM Productions' Contract With You

No contract shall exist between you and WSM Productions until WSM Productions has sent you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. WSM Productions is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or the order appearing on WSM Productions site or for unavailability (see 3. below). WSM Productions reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any goods ordered.

By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products.

3. Pricing and Availability

The prices and availability of the goods are specified on the WSM Productions site. Such information is subject to change without notice. The business is currently not registered for VAT, so no VAT charges will be applied. Prices of videos / DVDs include delivery charges. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, or that WSM Productions needs to vary the price due to supplier price increases, tax changes or site errors for example, following confirmation of your order WSM Productions shall send you a notification by email and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order if WSM Productions has not done so itself.

4. Delivery of Goods

WSM Productions shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted on the WSM Productions site are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. WSM Productions may deliver items in an order separately. Your credit card will be debited upon the receipt of your order and goods (if ordered) will be dispatched as soon as possible. An e-mail will be sent confirming your member ship and advising dispatch date of goods. Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in full.

5. Copyright of all images / video / DVD

This rests with WSM Productions who give no permission for any material to be supplied to any 3rd party or to be posted to any other source.

The images and movies are for your own personal use and action will be taken against any offending member of any other party that contravenes this copyright provision.

WSM Productions is committed to protecting the privacy of those using our site and the confidentiality of the personal information which our customers provide us with. We use the information we collect to provide services and to ensure that your order is processed smoothly. Beyond that we only use personal information if volunteered by you. WSM Productions will never sell personal information or share personal information with third parties unless these are involved to fulfill your order.
